Dancing Video Sign-Up

Okay, here's how this works: you tell me where you are and how I can reach you. I'll contact you if I'm passing through your area to shoot a dancing clip.

A few weeks before I arrive, I'll let you know when and where to meet. You show up. You hand me a signed release form. We dance.

The release form basically gives Stride gum, my sponsor, the right to use your likeness in the video. You must be 18 years or older to sign, or have a parent/guardian sign on your behalf. We'll be providing release forms at each event, and we'll also send you a printable PDF version along with the invite so you can read it and fill it out in advance.

If you enter your info below, I promise I will not give out/sell your info and I won't use it to send you a bunch of spam. Just a note when the video is done. That is my solemn oath. This page is for collecting the names of people who want to be a part of the next video. If you don't want to dance with me or are unwilling to sign a release, don't sign up.

I'm also looking for people who are up for helping to choose the exact location where we'll dance. Please click 'Yes' if you're willing to be contacted. We'll pick a few volunteers for each event to help out as an advisory committee. We'll ask you to list some ideal spots where a bunch of random strangers can meet and dance. We'll also ask you to provide links/photos.

Now, while I'm planning to visit a lot of places in the creation of this video, I can't go everywhere. If I'm not passing through your area, I won't be contacting you. Apologies in advance if that is the case.

December, 2007 Update: I've already traveled across Europe, Africa, North America, and Australia for the new video. The regions I have left to visit are Asia, the Middle East, the Caribbean, and Central and South America. If you live in a region that's been covered, feel free to sign up and you'll get a notification when the video is done on June 21st, 2008, but aside from that, the ship has sailed. I won't be coming to your town any time soon.
